Portobelo Paddle Day Trip
Portobelo Paddle Day Trip is an adventure and cultural experience; we pick you up at your hotel for a 45 minutes to an hour drive via the Panamá-Colón Highway to Sabanitas, a small town in the Colón province. After another 45 minutes we arrive to beautiful Portobelo, were we begin our pirate-like ride to Playa Huerta, paddling through clear waters you will be able to see coral reefs, tropical marine life, and enjoy the beauty of this natural treasure. At our return we stop for lunch at La Torre Restaurant were you can enjoy an original Afro-Caribbean meal (meal not included).

About Portobelo, Colon
Portobelo is a port city in Colón Province, Panama with a population of 4,559 as of 2010. Located on the northern part of the Isthmus of Panama, it has a deep natural harbor and served as a center for silver exporting. In 1980 UNESCO designated the ruins of the Spanish colonial fortifications, along with nearby Fort San Lorenzo, as a World Heritage Site, named Fortifications on the Caribbean Side of Panama: Portobelo-San Lorenzo.
